One One Nine Salon Policies 

At One One Nine we will always respect you and the time you choose to spend with us! We kindly ask that you respect the time of our stylists and your fellow guests as well. In the event that you need to cancel OR reschedule an appointment, One One Nine requires 24 hours advance notice. If you are unable togive at least 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your service total will be charged to that secured card on file. This policy also applies to no show appointments. If you are running late for your appointment, a courtesy call to notify us is much appreciated. Please be aware that in some circumstances, if you are running 15 or more minutes late, your stylist may be unable to provide you the best service in the limited time available, and we may ask to reschedule your appointment with the above policy applied.

One One Nine welcomes minors 12 years and above receiving a service while accompanied by an adult. For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, we strictly prohibit unsupervised minors in the salon.
